Sulfate de Glucosamine et Chondroïtine : Les recommanderiez-vous ?
Le sulfate de Glucosamine et le sulfate de chonroïtine sont des suppléments très populaires offerts sous forme de comprimés qui sont produits dans le cas de la glucosamine produits à partir des carapaces des fruits de mer. Les suppléments de chondroitine proviennent pour leurs parts généralement de cartilages bovin. Les comprimés de Glucosamine et de Chondroitine sont réputés pour aider avec les problèmes de raideurs et de douleurs des articulations en protégeant le cartilage. Beaucoup de témoignages tente à confirmer cette affirmation.
Pour ma part, j’ai commencé il y a quelques année à prendre de la glucosamine et de la Chondroitine suite à des problèmes d’arthrite et d’arthroses qui me sciait litérallement les articulation. C’est suite à la recommandation de nombreux amis qui me disaient que dans leur cas, les suppléments de glucosamine et de chondroitine les avaient vraiment aidés avec des douleurs et des courbatures dans leurs articulations que j’ai commencer à utiliser des comprimés des suppléments alimentaires de sulfate de Glucosamine + Chondroitine qu’ils m’ont recommandés à la pharmacie. J’ai vraiment ressentis une différence dans mon cas et je n’ai pas arrêter depuis.
Ce qui m’amène à vous demander : Avez-vous déjà utilisé des suppléments de Glocusamine et/ou de Chondroitine ? Est-ce que cela vous as paru bénéfique ? Et le recommanderiez-vous à un proche ou un ami ?

@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don’t have the work ethic they used to have. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
